"Well appointed property in a lovely village setting. Quiet and very comfortable. Great welcoming pub across the square. Village also has a well stocked village shop that doubles as a post office and cafe. They kindly offered to keep a copy of our newspaper on the side for us each day, and can definitely recommend their bacon baps, coffee and cake!"

"We've just returned from a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautiful. The children loved the games room, tree house, trampoline and hot tub. "All good with every need catered for.Bedrooms good size and great to have ensuite for each.All necessary equipment in the kitchen but disappointing to realise no wifi available and in this day and age it seems essential.We also didnt realise it was quite so far from the village - good 30 mins walk along main roads with no pavements. Also with the current tick problem it wasnt great for walks with the dog - until we discovered the Community fields and woods on our last day."

"Comfortable cottage in picturesque village with handy pub and village shop a few steps away.Cottage is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and sofas, and thoughtful touches such as tissues, ornaments etc.Very practical place to stay for visiting all areas of Devon without the price of a seaside property. "The house was cosy .space outside was amazing with walk in woods wildlife pond. Garden was well equipped with plenty of seating. Peaceful location. Host thought of everything to make our stay a place from home . On hand if need be (but not feeling as if being watched ) Dogs had plenty to sniff everytime we walked around the woods and field.Absolutely amazing just what we needed."
