"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed sheets have multiple holes. The bathroom door knob was falling off. The bathroom faucet handle was loose. The toilet bowl lift off the floor with every use. The towels was very very old and had what look like bodily stains. Our room door did not close properly you can see people feet walking around. The whole hotel smelled of marijuana with loud music and people walking around all night. The microwave that was outside the rooms in the lobby was very very old with the numbers erased . Refrigerator door in room was broken. Even the iron and ironing board were broken and leaked. There are so much more wrong with this hotel. I’m not sure how they pass inspection. "

"For all four nights of my stay, the hotel’s key system was not functioning properly, and I had to be escorted to my room each time I needed access. This created repeated delays and was a considerable inconvenience throughout my stay. While the hotel did offer $10 bistro credits for three nights, I do not feel this fully reflects the level of disruption experienced."

"$150 charge and it takes 30 days for a refund ! Hotel is nice but rooms are not clean"

"The hotel was located in a mixed residential/business area where we felt safe. The 7 Train was located a very easy 10 minute or less walk for easy access to the city. The room was very quiet and relatively well sized and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was actually pretty good although they rain out of eggs on Monday morning...that's their delivery day... but other than that no issues."
