Only dogs are permitted with written permission only, Maximum of 2 dogs. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty. - The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay - The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost.
