The first issue was the room key maker wasn’t working so they had to come and let you in your room every time you needed to get in. Super inconvenient both for staff and guests. The room itself was ok served its purpose clean and comfy. The ice machine wasn’t working either. The snack machine was empty. The elevator doesn’t work has a large sign stating out of order so if you can’t climb stairs then it will not be the place for you.
