'My Tennessee Mountain Home' in Kingsport

Relax in this newly remodeled home that still has its historic charm! This home is located just 8 minutes off of I-26, 5 minutes from Holston Valley Medical Center, and 5 minutes from downtown Kingsport. Lots of outdoor activities like Bays Mountain Park and Warrior's Path State Park. Also located about 30 minutes from the new Hard Rock Casino in Bristol, Virginia. Four legged friends also welcome!

The Space:
There are three bedrooms -- with a queen bed in each -- and one bathroom. The home also features a living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a patio out back with seating and a propane grill.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces other than the driveway that is shared with the neighbor.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Lynn Garden community of Kingsport.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is limited by Uber/Lyft is available.

Other Things to Note:
The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.
