House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. "The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. "
