"The hotel staff kindly stored our bags for us while we waited for our room.
The hotel staff tried to put us in a room with many stairs. Stairs to the hallway. Stairs to the room. And even stairs from bathroom to the bedroom. I had to refuse it and request another. Thankfully they found us another."

"lovely hotel, lovely room. The only downside was tea/coffee facilities in the hallway rather than the room - i like a tea in bed before i get up but didn't want to go and make it in my pjs! Disposable cups not very eco friendly either."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was super easy to find. Only a short walk from the subway station. I would definitely stay again next time. Room was little small but for a solo traveler it was perfect especially as someone who was out exploring all day.
The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were also clean."
