"Clean room with good bed and opening window. Heating to use if necessary. Bathroom very poor, cracked sink, toilet seat falling off. Shower over bsth . Had requested shower not bath as disabled but was expected to climb into bath. Dirty towel left in bathroom."

"The hotel was lovely, slightly dated, but very clean with kettle and coffee pod machine in the room. Very modern toilet and shower. Towels were white, fluffy and soft. The bed was so comfortable. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. However, I would reserve the dining area in the evening as it was busy with a 30 minute wait for a table. I would definitely recommend the hotel"

"The room was clean and TV, drinks bathroom all ok, the hotel was undergoing refurbishment, some electrical work in process in our room, so dining facilities were not available, can recommend the Bistro for breakfast and the chinese was good for takeaway. Price was good. The folk museum was excellent and Highland wild life park nearby."
