"We loved our stay at the Coalescence Hotel! The hospitality was top-notch...in fact, I don't think we've ever been so well taken care of. Breakfasts on the veranda overlooking the banana fields were a rare delight. On our first night the shower was less than hot, but the next day it was perfect. "The staff were very helpful and the place whilst spartan is clean. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but the views over Kigali whilst eating were brilliant. "

"The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. "
