"Pretty cool 2 bedroom apartment right beside the lake for a decent price. Cool hot water pool, outdoor spa, indoor spa and you can use the facilities at the newer motel next door but on the same property, they have a grotto, which is like a spa inside a dark cave with lights and a few little waterfalls etc , a sauna and another hot pool."

"We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Lake Taupo on our 10-day road trip around the North Island! The Hotel was immaculate and the staff impeccable! The Hotel’s location was only a short car ride to the CBD, but the views of Lake Taupo from our room made up for that…stunning! We ate a few meals in the attached restaurant and all the meals were outstanding! We were also always able to get one of the tables with lake views! We were only able to visit one of the local Wineries (Mission Estate) because it was Easter Sunday. The wines were very good, and we ended up buying a few bottles. Hope to be back on our future world travels! Free parking!"

"We enjoyed a lovely ground-floor room with stunning views of Lake Taupo. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and our room was wonderful, featuring an incredibly comfy bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. The heated pool was great; all in all, we had a lovely stay."
