"We had an amazing stay at this beach house! David and Misty were wonderful hosts with excellent communication from start to finish. I was initially concerned about getting in early, but they took care of us with no issues at all — super accommodating! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had everything a family of four could need. We enjoyed riding the bikes, grilling out, playing darts and cornhole, and just relaxing in such a comfortable space. Truly felt like a home away from home — we loved it and would absolutely come back!"

"Avon is a nice, relaxed area and the suite we stayed in was perfect for a couple to stay in. We didn’t hear much noise from the house but got all of the information we needed through messages. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of a storm but it was clean and a good temperature when I checked."

"This was the most charming, well decorated and clean rental. It was just my husband and I but it would have fit a few more if necessary! Everything is brand new and it even had an outdoor shower/bathroom. The owners checked in with us and responded to our emails immediately! We will be definitely be staying here again!"

"The property was as described. It was very clean. There were a lot of dishes, glasses and silverware. The place was close to everything that we wanted to do. My husband purchased a permit to drive on the beach to fish. He caught a lot of croakers. We had great weather. Mike was very responsive and checked in on us. The only negative thing was that the condo had a bit of a musty odor to it. "

"This lovely property is situated idyllically right on the sound, with gorgeous sunset views, comfy beds and truly delightful decor throughout. VERY clean. Nice quiet, yet friendly neighborhood. The ocean side is a 3 minute drive away, and the overall location was near enough to everything our group wanted to see.Our only issues were supplies: For a 4-night stay, we were left only 2 pods for the dishwasher (and after each cycle there was always a clump of hardened detergent left in the dishwasher dispenser), only 2 pods for the clothes washer, and NO extra trash bags. Communication with the "host" - a property mgmt company - was OK, except when I texted to see if add'l trash bags were perhaps stored someplace we hadn't found, I got what seemed to be an automated reply that ignored my question and instead told me what days the trash is picked up.We all agreed we would stay here again the first chance we got!"

"The house was exactly as advertised online. We arrived to a very clean house. The neighborhood was very, very quiet and we were surprised to see that almost, if not all the houses on the street were locals and not rental houses. The property manager was awesome, she texted us to welcome us and was also very quick to help when we lost our door code and got locked out. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. A++++"
