"The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Close proximity to restaurants. The hot tub was great for chilly nights and was on the back deck overlooking the creek which gave some privacy from neighbors. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Beach access is directly across the street and there is a boardwalk/steps to get over the dune. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again in the future."

"Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t."

"Came down to fish for a few days with some friends, house was perfect for 4 adults with each getting their own queen bed. Host was always quick to respond. Kitchen had everything we needed, great location, home was clean and everything worked great. Only things I would suggest would be an extra key in the lock box, maybe some lights under the house and on the stairs outside to go up, and trimming the 2 trees entering the drive way, a few limbs caught the rods a few times backing out in the dark."

"We loved the space and all the detail that Daniel put into it. We loved the photos of the reconstruction of his home. The space was clean and efficient and cozy. We had plenty of privacy yet Daniel was readily available when we reached out. He gave us some good tips for dining and some must see tourist spots. I would highly recommend."

"The deck area and downstairs area was PERFECT for teens. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space offered ample space. The amenities, like bikes, hot tub, games and tiki bar were enjoyed by all. We had an amazing time. "

"This house has us coming back for more. It’s been quite a while since we’ve been able to get away for a week of fishing and relaxing, but we were so glad to see this was available this year. The weather was not cooperative, as we arrived the day before the Nor’easter hit, and just after the super moon. Roads were closed off and on, the surf was more than rough and the winds were mighty. Though our fishing trip turned into a stay put and relax week, this house was the perfect spot to do so. Once the skies cleared, it was still flooding and gusty, but the sunset over the sound was sensational. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner and Food Lion was just a short ride. Thank you Dan for sharing this beauty with us. We highly recommend it for any occasion.
