"The check in was smooth and easy and the front desk staff was very kind. The room was clean. The bathroom was a bit smaller than we thought but it was clean. My mother thought the breakfast was not great but I didn’t eat any of it so I can’t speak to that overall it was a great stay. "

"Great value, nice staff in a cool renovated motor inn. Only complaint is my room was a room pets were allowed in and it had a bit of an odd smell, but it was clean. I didn’t have a pet with me so it would’ve been nice to get a different room. "

"This property is perfect for a family attending any events @ East Carolina University. Its far away enough to get away from the chaos of Greenville and an easy drive to campus. The town of Kinston has plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc. as well. Very warm and friendly community. Will definitely return or make recommendations to this property. Home and property was clean and simple and provided more than what we could've asked for."

"Loved the quaint farm location of this home only about 25 minutes from Greenville. Had a group of 10 for a graduation weekend celebration and there was plenty of space for all. I wasn’t sure how the eating table situation was going to work out but it was great. The table had leaves to extend then 4 additional stools that fit great under the table. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and using the firepit. I also recommend getting breakfast catered from The Farmer and the Dail. Great food and...
