"Very friendly and efficient staff. Cute little bar & outdoor sitting area. Renovations are tasteful. Wish the rooms were better insulated to reduce noise from other guests. Though off the beaten path - easily walkable to historic downtown Raleigh. Coffee was ok. Wish they had some healthier options for breakfast - fruit, yogurt. Though the pastries are divine. Would stay here again. "

"staff was very friendly, Expedia listing parking , but staff said they lost their contract and was trying to update Expedia, lucky the lot across the street had a spot open. Breakfast was good, gym was nice. "

"We’ve stayed here before & return frequently. We like the spaciousness of the rooms. They are clean & accommodating. The staff is not overly friendly, but nice. The gym works for our exercise needs. The only downside we’ve experienced is loud walking on the floor above. The solid surface floors are good for cleanliness, but not so great when it comes to insulation. Overall, we’re happy with this hotel & will book again. "

"The hotel was good but one of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was great but the jets for the hot tub were not working the 2 days/nights that I stayed there which was very disappointing. Everything else was fine and the staff was great."

"Staff were amazing!!! Both the gentleman working first shift and the lovely lady working second were awesome. There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available."
