"We loved our stay here! The location was in such an awesome area which was buzzing day and night, but still felt safe. Only a 5-minute walk away from Metro stations making it very convenient to get around. The staff were amazing! We had a canceled flight out of Japan and the lovely lady at reception helped us to contact the Baggage Delivery service we used to ensure everything was sorted for our new flights. We did day trips to Nara & Kyoto from here and it was a very convenient area to base ourselves from. It did take about 45 minutes to get from Shin-Osaka bullet train to here, but was an easy route. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Comfortable, clean and very roomy and spacious well thought out room with great amenities! Staff helpful and kind. Convenient 10 minute walk to 2 different major train stations and close to Namba Parks and huge shopping underground. Highly recommend and will stay again if we return!"

"This is the best hotel someone can find in osaka. It is connected to a mall, easy access to shops, many many restaurants not only around this hotel but also in the same building. The view of this hotel is unique and great. There is no betterment option than this hotel in osaka for sure ! "
