"The rooms, baths, and entire hotel was very clean. The buffet breakfast had numerous choices and empty trays were quickly refilled by attentive staff. The bathroom designs were lovely and modern. Ours had a privacy wall of plants. The rooms were a nice size and beds were very comfortable. Towels were provided regularly."

"The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was delicious everyday. I went to the gym on site once, it was small, but useful, included free weights and cardio machines, stocked with water. We also participated in the sound bath meditation, so relaxing."

"The hotel was really lovely and clean. Breakfast was great - just what my son and I needed to get set up for the day's walking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was close to Nishiki Market, with stations 2 minute and 7 minute walk. Convenience stores close by. Really everything we needed without having to search far and wide. There was also a wonderful cafe round the corner that sold the best pastries and sandwiches. All in all, a very comfortable stay. The only thing that I found a little inconvenient was the laundry room. There was literally only one washing machine and one dryer, that was constantly in use. So we weren't able to get any laundry done during our stay."

"If you are going to Kyoto this is the place to be. Clean,V. helpfull staff and the best LOCATION. Everything happens right there. Enjoyable stay with a lot to offer. Lots of Restaurant and the whole train station. QUIET. The breakfast buffet is a must!! The staff and Concierge very knowledgeable. How could I forget the cute nightgowns in the hotel!"
