"Staff was friendly at check in and during stay at hotel. Room I stayed in was small and has no closet space to store luggage’s and hang clothes. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping was cleaning everyday I was there. Complimentary Breakfast was good and simple nothing fancy. Had waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, other stuff and juices, hot cocoa and coffee. Washer and Dryer available too. Which was so convenient. I definitely would stay at this hotel again. Across the street from St. Bonaventure University. It is a small area. Dunkin’ Donuts right next to hotel. There are some Stores (Walmart, Old Navy, bath &body, Marshall’s, and some others. Also restaurants and fast food near by. I gave 4 stars due to no closet space so we had to open our luggage’s on the bed and only came with 2 hangers to hang clothes next to TV and no closet to store them."

"For those who don't know the area, get used to egg smell of water. Thankfully, it's fine. Jist the smell. Fridge has filtered water and ice. Flys were bad this year (Aug 2026), but didn't stop us from the beautiful night sky, campfire, and absolute quietness of the space. Milky Way on point!! Look up at night! Totally worth it! Enjoy the deer roaming the acres. Enjoy the pure quiet. Linens were provided and space is perfect. We loved the kitchen, dining, living, bed spaces. Bathrooms are great. Recommend bug repellent as it's the wilderness for sure. Also recommend dimming the lights at night, otherwise the bugs LOVE each doorway."

"Great spot to stay for exploring the vast surrounding area. Plus, plenty of restaurants within 30 minutes. Love being right along the water with the perfect firepit. Would recommend and stay again."
