"Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on...

"This listing has false advertising, it is listed as 3 bedrooms two (2) bathrooms, it only has ONE (1) bathroom! With six (6) people two that are children it’s very hard to function with just ONE bathroom."

"The room had a full kitchenette and a little sitting area with a little fireplace ,the bathroom was small but functional, the staff were great, and the area was so close to transit, shops, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay here again"

But happy to report like others have, we had silence each night, just in time for for sleeping at night. :) the beds are comfy. Be prepared to busy some of your own spices if you plan to cook.We had really timely response and support from Fraser and Ben and their team! Recommend this property, ease of parking nearby and convenient location for all you want to see in Stirling!"

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Great to have a small supermarket next door. The minor issue for us was having only one parking space per apartment although there was a lot of on street parking available. Would definitely stay again."
