"This hotel was just as charming as I'd hoped it would be. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We also upgraded to Executive Level to take advantage of the 7th floor lounge for evening cocktails, and that was a great decision. Great location, just a couple minutes from the Queens Street train station, as well as many restaurants and shops. Hotel staff was beyond friendly and kind."

"A lovely hotel with a great sized room for families. Loved the welcome cookie and how accessible the pool and jacuzzi were. Had a fairly decent night’s sleep but the mattress could’ve been a bit softer for my liking. Breakfast was outstanding! So much choice "
