Excellent host, excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to town. Overall terrific value.

This was a beautiful place to spend the night! The room was large (with a surprisingly large bathroom), the dining was delicious, the service was impeccable and best of all, the employees were the nicest we’ve met on this trip to Scotland. We highly recommend the Oak Tree Inn!!

Staff at the Roman Camp were consistently helpful, accommodating us in every way. Facility is in a wonderful location near the charming town of Callendar. Our room was a large suite, well appointed and comfortable. Views of the gardens from both the bedroom and sitting room. Jacuzzi tub was wonderful after being out on a cold and rainy day. Conveniently located to bus-stop where could easily travel to Stirling. Delicious food at breakfast and dinner. This was one of our favorite hotels during an...

A Beautiful Boutique Hotel – A Wonderful Stay at The Meadowpark! If you're looking for a charming, beautifully maintained boutique hotel, The Meadowpark is definitely a place to consider! We only had the pleasure of spending one night here on our way to Edinburgh, but what a wonderful experience it was! The bedrooms are incredibly spacious, the beds are super comfortable, and having both a bathtub and a separate shower was such an unexpected little luxury that we absolutely loved! Another...

A spectacularly beautiful village and environment. The Hotel is in a lovely location, but needs a little maintenance. Staff friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile when we accidentally left something behind

We loved our stay here! Great location in the West End next to the "Hop-on-Hop-off" tour bus line. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable beds, larger than average rooms, excellent shower. I read some nit-picky reviews about this hotel on Expedia and I think those reviewers must not be frequent International travelers because this place was wonderful. If you aren't familiar with Glasgow, this hotel is in a quieter, richer, trendier part of the city - an easy walk to the botanical gardens, the...

Great hotel. Well located esp if walking to Kelvingrove & to city center.

It was a little cold in the room but the staff brought me another duvet no problem. The best was Ryan front desk clerk super friendly and was just a very helpful person. I really enjoyed this property and the staff

Beautiful B & B, great local attractions within walking distance, clean and comfortable room. Their breakfast options are delicious! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the Burns Suite to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel sent up a small cake to welcome us! The suite was large, elegant and has a lovely view of the grounds in the front of the hotel. The staff were attentive yet relaxed and friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Also - the Cromlix Afternoon Tea is excellent. Do stay for tea.

Very large modern room, comfortable for families. Good sized bathroom and shower and hair dryer in the room. There is a nice restaurant downstairs, but also several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Also good parking at the hotel.

We arrived early and I asked the front desk person if they could hold our luggage. To our shock, she checked us in early and we were able to go to our room. The hotel is convenient to the train station, shopping, and there is a theatre across the street. We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food, drink, and service was all exceptional. The only thing odd was the type of soap/shampoo in the shower, but I always travel with my own toiletries, so it wasn't a big deal. I would...

Basically all was excellent but toilet was not cleaned one day. Very nice room but public areas need facelift. Location 6 stars.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The historic building is beautiful. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The bathroom shower was large, great water pressure and temperature. The bed is super comfortable. They don't make up the rooms daily, as it is an apartment hotel. So, you have to ask for things like toilet tissue, shampoo, clean towels. There are about 15 steps, in three phases, to reach the elevator/lift. They say because it is an historic building, they...
