"Very lovely stay and so glad I chose this hotel for our stay in Glasgow. Beds really comfortable, the room was spacious and really clean and all staff were amazing. The bar area was really nice. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food. The only one thing would stay is the lighting in the rooms is not great for putting on makeup and getting ready but the whole vibe of the hotel is dark so guess it’s in keeping but would be nice to have some good light to get ready. I took a mirror with a light so I was fine. Would 100% stay in the Dakota hotels again. "

"Previous visit superb. This stay had loose bathroom floor tiles , marked floor covering and a wardrobe light that stayed on all the time. Ouse from the sky bar could be heard in the 1st floor which affected sleep"

"At first we were slightly disappointed at how small our room was, but it actually had everything we needed. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I hadn't checked if there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and there wasn't, but drinks could be bought in reception for a small price if required. The room was spotless, except for the floor, which was a bit grubby. Our sink was blocked, but when we reported it at reception, it was promptly fixed. The continental breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and efficient, both in reception and in the breakfast room. "
