"Wonderful modern hotel. Super clean and comfortable with great staff. Only issue was with no coffee makers in the room I would have expected somebody to have been around to operate the coffee shop downstairs, which I did not see once. "

"We had a really comfortable stay at Dakota Glasgow. We were travelling with our nine month old baby, and the cot provided was excellent – they even included extra blankets for her and a teddy bear. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel feels modern and well maintained, so everything works smoothly. The shower was great, the place smells fresh, and it is well located – about a 15 minute walk from Glasgow Central, making it very convenient if you are arriving by train. If you are driving, there is also a small parking area. The reception staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying here."

"We had a great stay at the Carlton George. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They were polite, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed and lots of little extras. We had a Club Room so the Executive Lounge was available to use. It was a great space, with refreshments provided. We ate in the Windows Restaurant and had a lovely meal at a good price. We would definitely stay again. "

"The Malmaison suite was fantastic, found the duplex nature of it to be very spacious. Tv & sports channels were much appreciated and the room was kitted out with everything we needed, clean and lovely. The only downside was that both the USB points on the side nearest the tv weren’t working "

" Hotel is in a good location. Our basement room was disappointing in that the bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower when used. I didn't like that the shower head was imbedded high on the wall and no way to manouvre it. Our dirty coffee cups were not replaced nor the coffee / milk replenished. "
