The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "The room was clean, comfortable, and the lovely hostess was very welcoming. This hotel is on the side of a hill which is icy in the winter. There are also many stairs, so this hotel would not be a good choice for those with mobility issues. The view from the window was incredible, like a storybook."
