The one thing I would suggest is having more staff on the desk at check in time. The staff were very friendly on the desk, in the restaurant and in the bar. Good job Imperial. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were attending the Look a Like festival and not only was the hotel was perfectly placed but was a fabulous location. Not only were we right next to the waterfront but we could see right across to Blackpool from our window. The room was lovely and the bar/restaurant area excellent. The whole team who worked there were so friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble, We would highly recommend this hotel."
