Off Grid Cabin With WIFI! Surrounded by hiking trails, beautiful scenery
10/10 Excellent
"Exactly as described! Best vacation ever!Best host ever!!! Gaven is super nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. He’s just a call away. Here are some points for renter to be aware of:1. BRING: Drinking water. As described, the water is not drinkable. Bed linen and towels (if needed your own pillow)2. Please be aware that there is a dirt road from ID 21 to the cabin. I did make it up in my old Prius. However, you might encounter some heavy rains that might make it more difficult for you. 3. To get to any store it takes a good hour depending on traffic. Plan accordingly. 4. The cabin is stocked with lots of cookware, plates, cups and utensils. There are chargers for your electronics as well. I have T-mobile and had no difficulty getting a signal but did loose it while driving sometimes. My friends didn’t and were not able to get a signal unless we were in town. 5. It is located on the edge of the mountain. There is no lawn. But there is plenty of space to get around. 6. Lots of spectacular view with exquisite wildlife. Lots of deer( sorry I didn’t get any pics of them).7. I have a walk around pics but I’m having some difficulty uploading them. "
Fabulous Mountain Chalet on the River with All the Amenities you Desire!
10/10 Excellent
"Our family of 11 ages 3-73 had a fantastic time . The place was everything they said it was . We'd drop off the kids a mile or so up river at Tie Creek and they'd float to our private beach or go further and call and set a location and we'd go pick them up . It's very shallow . We had tubes and paddle boards. The National Forest is maybe a 1/2 mile up the road behind the cabin . I believe if you had gravel bikes you'd like it . Inside it's very roomy and everyone spent time downstairs playing pool or foosball . Plenty of sleeping areas for us so we did not have to use the two fold out couches . We really had a wonderful time . We treated the kids to a professional 1/2 day white water raft trip out of Bear Valley rafting right there at Banks . They took good care of them. They had a blast! "
"The place was gorgeous! The accommodations were rustic in the sense that the kitchen was separate from the living quarters and had to be accessed through a separate door. The bathroom seemed newly remodeled and the sink was outside the door to the toilet and shower, which was convenient. The power went down for about two hours throughout the valley the first night we arrived and we were unable to reach the property manager. Just be aware this may happen in the mountains. It acutally turned out to be quite lovely, playing cards by candlelight. The owners of the property in the main house next door were very nice and access to the river on the property was great. There are some aggressive small birds in the garden/yard are to be aware of that liked to swoop down when we were walking back and forth from the river to the cabin. "
Stunning Cabin with Clubhouse on River! Wooded Retreat with Kayaks! Pickleball!
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin and clubhouse are very nice and the grounds make for a lovely setting. Our group of 20 enjoyed the kayaks and tubes that are available for use on the water. We made use of the fire pit several times as well. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoy the property. All in all, we had a great time and everyone went away with good memories of our family reunion."

"The cabin was very clean and comfy with beautiful natural surroundings and views. It was a perfect central location for our day trips and adventures (hiking, fly fishing, white water rafting...). We would definitely book again."
"My wife and I absolutely loved this place. It was literally perfect. Very clean, everything very nice and in working order and the scenery is awesome. We also enjoyed the fire pit and unwinding in a very nice hot tub. I can't wait to go back!"
