"Lovely modern flat. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Communication from the owner was great from booking to departure. Local shop (5mins walk) and nice pub a short walk (20mins ish) in next village. Easy drive to Harrogate and various walks in Yorkshire Dales."

"Needed a place to stay within easy reach of the Convention Centre and this ticked that box. The accommodation was amazing - so modern and clean. Very spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. There is the slight downside of the noisy nightclubs in the vicinity, but that would apply to other city centre accommodation too. Handy for the shops for provisions. We will definitely consider staying again should the need arise."

"Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree on arrival. Excellent facilities, WiFi, washing machine and super cooking area. The breakfast across the street included was super fresh fruit, full English, full menu available included. We've booked again for December this year. Brilliant walks and stunning scenery, shops nearby, everyone so welcoming. Thank you so much. "

"The location of the apartment was great, very central and minutes away from the convention centre. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds. The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. The car park is also very small. We were made aware of this before we arrived but it was even smaller than expected, our estate car hung out into the road so we...

"This property is a short walk from everywhere. About 10 mins from station and 5 mins from almost everything else (shops/pubs/bars/turkish baths). As well as its convenient location, the property itself is very clean and well equipped. Our one small issue is the bed was a bit lumpy but would definitely consider staying again"

"The property hadn’t been cleaned since the previous tenant. Had to find own alternative for the first night, and property not ready until 5.15 on second night. I don’t know who is responsible for scheduling cleaning, but this was a terrible start to what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. "

"A nice second floor flat (no lift) with two small double bedrooms, 1 ensuite shower, and a separate bathroom with overbath shower, Comfy beds, hairdryer and mirrors. In a quiet bit of the older part of town (although a modern building) within easy walking distance to centre, station and parks. Own parking space - bit tight to exit parking round sharp corner. Good communication from owner and instruction manual provided. TV has some subscription chanels. Washing up liquid, cloths, oven gloves...

"Great central apartment. 5star accommodation and sooo quiet. Everything within walking distance and parking within gated area excellent. Lovely and warm. All kitchen needs excellent. Bed so comfortable. Short fantastic and a bath. Would love to stay again."
