I then received a call saying I couldn’t stay at the accommodation as it was fully booked. This was the morning of the day I was travelling to stay at this property. Luckily the Expedia staff were helpful and found elsewhere for us to stay. "

"Beautiful location and a very comfortable bed, however, for a 4* rating hotel in quite a small town location, one would expect a more personal-touch type of a customer service. Room was very comfortable but upon closer inspection of the bedroom/bathroom aspects, quality comes closer to 3* level. "

"I like the location. The bus is just next to the house. The responsable gave us some information about the famous attractions in Edinburgh. He has a dog called Tom. He's very friendly. It was the first time i wasn't scared of a dog. I noticed just that the room isn't warm enough. But in general i liked the experience"
