The hotel is reasonably close to the Haneda Airport and the free shuttle to the airport was great. Free shuttle also to Kawasaki Train Station where we found shopping. - nothing near the hotel. Kawasaki train connection was planned to get us to the Tokyo after 5 tour, It was the special assistance of the Kawasaki Railway staff that helped us to arrange the train timings as we did not speak Japanese - and very few people there spoke English! The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet.
