"Great location as it’s only a few mins walk from Shinagawa station. There is a 7-eleven in the building too and on site bowling and darts. For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient."

"Excellent hotel! Staff were delightful and it was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities (including pyjamas!).
It was an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Disneysea was further on foot (about a 40 minute walk) but it was simple to get a taxi and you can be there in 5 minutes.
We had a Family Room and it was surprisingly spacious and enough room for my family of four.

"Fabulous place to stay. So convenient to many shops and the local train station. Breakfast was really great and a good selection of foods for everyone. Really loved the relaxation area where you can sit and chill in the afternoon and evening with family and have complimentary beer, wine, other assorted drinks and lollies, especially for kids.
The free Disney shuttle is so convenient and runs often in both directions. We would definitely recommend the Oriental Hotel."
