"Vacation for less" Welcome to NewHaven Palms and Resorts on Cumbrian Lakes. Our beautiful resort home comes with all the 5 star amenities to make your stay the most memorable. Enjoy your very own resort where peace and serenity awaits you! Step into the CAVE and watch your favorite movie or test your skills in the game room or take a swim in the heated pool on those cold days or to cool off from a long summer day.

Whatever your pleasure we aim to please, we are only 7 miles from all the action where Disney and the parks awaits you.......We offer 4 large bedrooms to accommodate the smallest to the largest group. Our resort home has all the amenities to make your stay the most memberable 5 star vacation you DESERVE!

1.Their is a pet fee for all pets (host reserve the right on size, age, pet allowed)

3. Safety is the top priority of our community and for our guest safty there are camera's as you enter the community to make sure only the vehicles that supposed to be there are on the property and around properties as well pool area for safety

Comfortable and relaxing house

We had a really nice stay at the property, scenic, quiet location, good facilities at the house (kids loved the games room), and really easy drive to the parks etc. Beds were super comfy! After a week at the parks if was a great place to relax. We had great communication from Don the host, and he did an amazing job at having the house ready for our arrival the day after a major hurricane came though the area.

Golf vacation.

For our purposes...the location was perfect. It had to be central to the several courses that we played. The only negative was the TRAFFIC...but thats central Florida. The only other negative was the poor shape of the paver driveway...other that those 2 thingd.....5 star.ppavere

As soon as we step foot in this home we felt like it was our home away from home. We had everything we needed. Our kids especially loved the game room. We would definitely come back for another stay.

This house was in a quite neighborhood and was very clean. If there was anything to change or fix, it would be the driveway needs to be replaced and the gameroom needs some kind of ac.

Perfect Location for Disney

The villa was just as advertised and was lovely and clean for our arrival. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood where we felt very safe. It only took us around 25 minutes to drive backwards and forwards to Disney which was perfect, and it is within easy reach of restaurants/supermarkets in the Kissimee area. Don was a great host and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this villa! The location was close to Disney and only cost around $15 in a taxi to Disney springs when we didn’t want to drive. The property was clean and comfortable and the boys loved the pool. Don was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay responding to any queries immediately.

Great home away from home

From the moment we arrived at this great home we had the feeling we where at home and feeling save. Everything was clean and the house is very spacious and has everything you need to have a great time. The pool was a blast as well, especially while the temperatures where high during our stay. Also did the airconditioning his work. The location was great as well. Don and/or Steve where always available if we had a question. We will for sure recomend this property if you want to have a great vacation and want to make beatifull memories. Thank you Don and Steve for making this happen for our family!

Great Location

This property is a great location we were able to explore so much within just 10min of the home. Don was easy to communicate with whenever we had questions or concerns. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We were sad we did not get to use the pool but thats florida weather for you. Overall very comfortable stay great hospitality.
