"Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Staff provided excellent customer service and did everything they could to make our stay amazing. Check in and out was breeze. They also helped to send our luggage to the airport. Our room was very clean and came with great toiletries that we used. The view of the city at the river front was spectacular. Every morning we enjoyed the Japanese/american breakfast. The staff always provided superb service. I always got the egg omelette and the chef was so nice. We also got to meet beautiful people from different regions of the world while enjoying our meal. Loved the tub/shower feature in our room. I was able to take a relaxing bath every night after a day of adventure. The train station was just a 5 minute walk. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. "

Villa Fontaine has everything you could want: clean, comfortable rooms, over-the-top buffet breakfasts serving western and Japanese treats, amazing baths, fantastic staff. Once you find it you won't want to leave! "
