We had a great 4 night stay. The hotel is centrally located and there were two major stations within easy walking distance. There were also alot of shopping, entertainment and food places within walking distance. We would stay here again.

The rooms are the Citadines are very spacious. They have full kitchen appliances and dining table in the rooms. The residents lounge and water dispensers are great amenities. The location is near all the major tourist spots with restaurants and shops steps away. We had a great stay here.

Great hotel in nice central location. My room was like a little apartment with mini kitchen, tea, fridge and some kind of oven which would be perfect for families. Bathroom came equipped with robe, shampoo and body wash and all toiletries. Bed was super comfy. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk from Namba Station so be prepared to walk (it was raining a lot when we came do a bit of an inconvenience. Also lots of shops and food court right there.

Hotel is immaculate and top shelf. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Special thanks to front desk members Jean and Ricardo who helped us find luggage lost at airport. Rooms are small (typical for Japan) but smartly configured to make best use of the space. The fitness room is larger and nicer than expected. Location is central to Osaka and its train stations. Lastly, the breakfast buffet offers a broad and delicious mix of dishes Eastern and Western. Wife and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel at Denden town in Osaka! Staff was excellent, warm, very helpful. The rooms were clean, and amenities were awesome. Location can’t be beat: 15 minute walk to Dotonbori, Namba Parks, Shinhaibashi, and many other areas. Will absolutely stay here again when in Namba, Osaka!
