"Beautiful lobby and hotel is conveniently located, near to main station, with shopping and dining options. Nice room with good city view. The maintenance of the amenities in the room can be improved. Senior receptionist is thoughtful. He switched on the train display at the lobby when he noticed us looking intently at the beautiful display. He even offered to take a family photo for us with the display, and gave train stickers to my children. He makes the stay there more pleasant as a result. Thank you."

"The area around the hotel is perfect if you want to stay away from the more crowded parts of the city, but still within walking distance of lots of great places. Plenty of places to eat and drink with a great local environment. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions and needs. The rooms were clean and well attended regularly. The waygu dinner is a must try."
