"The best hotel stay we had in Japan! We booked the "family apartments "

"The room was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the surrounding facilities were complete."

"It was nice and good. The room is clean. "

"There was a local shopping street within 5 minutes distance with a drug store and Kura sushi at the corner. There also at least 3 grocery store within 10 min walk with one close at midnight. Communication was excellent and clear with the owner. Room is relatively clean but there room for improvement. Such as there mold near the bottom of the shower curtain. It also would be nice to have a towel in the kitchen to dry hand. It’s was very hard to clean the table and countertop with tissue alone. "

"This place was perfect for what we needed. Clean. Close to transit. Laundry. The little kitchen was perfect for morning breakfast, and they supplied kitchen items we needed. Absolutely wonderful."

"No amenities but it is nice place with comfortable beds "

"A nice quiet place next to a bus stop and train station for easy access around all of Osaka. Grocery and laundry are quick to access and the neighborhood is quiet and clean."

"My family and friends total 7 of us stayed there for 3 days. walking distance to the house. lots of Korean shops on the way. 3 storys house 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. staircase to third story is very steep so we sent a young one to sleep there. There are no dining area but one of up stairs rooms has a kind of living room. So we could sit together and chat. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay."

"非常に良いホテルでした。 また利用したいと思いました。"

"To begin.. the address changed to somewhere else.. took a hour to get there.. the rooms had small beds the size of cots .. we asked for a room to hold 3-4 people .. they gave us 2 cots instead. staff didn't speak English when we tried calling and they wouldn't change the room or give a refund. We left the next morning and never heard back from the staff other than leave the keys in mailbox. "
