"Room was a little cramped. If you're a solo traveler, it's totally fine though. FREE ALCOHOL!!!! My goodness, it was an open, free bar...take advantage. The laundry room, free to use, was clutch."

"Great Location close to Namba station, clean room, professional and very helpful staff, 24 hour front desk support, bathrooms have great water pressure and water temperature control. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again. "

"We stayed 4 nights with our Daughter. The place has great connectivity with Osaka loop line and metro. Place is quiet and safe. Kitchen was well equipped and although it was self-checkin but there will be attender helping out in business hours. Nice stay. Always prefer their stay for Japan. "
