Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!

Staff were nice and provided food recommendations near by. Property was located in a quiet area, except that it is next to a fire department, so from time to time you'll hear the alarm from the trucks, but it's only for a short period of time. Located near the Shinsaibashi Station (on the Midosuji Line), once off the train, it is a decent walk within the underground shopping (Crystal) malls; google maps has 9 mins (500m), but I typically can get to the hotel within 9 mins. Exceeded expectations!

Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

I’ve never been to a hotel that showers you with free amenities like Bali did. Even though I didn’t take advantage of it, it was still nice to experience it. Oh and also they provide free red/white wine and miso soup.

The grand residence room for families is a great space and super comfortable. We were in Japan for a month and this was one of our best hotel rooms. Osaka is a hectic and fun place. Sort of feels like you are staying in the middle of a Vegas strip but inside it was comfortable and very quiet. The furniture and bedding was all brand new. Amenities superb.

I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! From the very first time we arrived in Asuka, on to the house. We were surprised by it's magic. The village is so serene, near by all the amenities we needed from walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and train station. The house itself is absolutely magical. It's like a fairy tail. Amazing hotel that will treat you like royalty. The food is first-class. It is definitely out of the way from the fray. Shuttle will take you to/from the train station. Used a cab twice to get back to hotel as you cannot walk to the hotel. Wish they had a gym. The penthouse suite view and amenities were phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nara and wanting a relaxing stay.
