"This place is located perfectly if you're looking for quick access to dotonburi and amerikumua. We went during typhoon season and it was hot and rainy but the AC was really cold in the room and access to the Walk and trains was really close. I loved how friendly the staff was and they recommended an amazing yakitori place across the street our first night. They had all the amenities you would need in the room and restocked it every day. I never knew when they turned down our room but the bed was always made and towels hung. I don't usually recommend hotel breakfast but this one was amazing if you want Japanese and continental choices and all the Boss coffee you can drink! They even have ice cream machine that was amazing."

"Beautiful, clean, and plenty of amenities. Make to to utilize the beautiful rooftop spa during your stay. It's 100% worth it. Breakfast was also delicious with a fantastic variety."

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka and great value for the price. Within walking distance from Shin-Ōsaka Station in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which is a good respite every night after all the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Rooms were immaculate and there are complimentary amenities and drinks daily. Excellent breakfast. Special mention to the public bath and sauna on the 3/F."

"The foot spa and the private sauna were excellent. The staff was wonderful. Took care of anything I needed very clean hotel room great location next to store stores and food The buffet was nice, good selection and variety of food"
