I only stayed here one night but the place was clean and so convenient to everything. A very short walk from the Osaka station and a few blocks from the hustle and bustle. Even the complimentary breakfast in the morning was so good. I would definitely stay here again.

The buffet breakfast is good, they provide different menu on different day. The idea of eco saving is a good touch cause we didn't really need the room to be cleaned everyday, but they still provide clean towels daily.

Hotel in perfect location. Located right near popular areas such as Dotonbori, America-mura, and various other tourist areas. We stayed 6 days and found the room size to be acceptable as long as you’re smart with your luggage placement. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend hotel.

Kitchen staff downstairs were amazing and very friendly! One chef went out of his way to chat with me. Check in staff were fine, not overly friendly but fine. Really great amenities and incredible breakfast. The room was very clean. It's small of course because it's japan but I don't know how anyone could complain for the price.

This hotel has a great location minutes away from the train station and Dontomburi. Our room was very spacious and we liked the little seating area with table and chairs. We paid for the hot breakfast and it was ok. There were scrambled eggs and sausage. Jor coffee and some local items like porridge. The staff at breakfast were so nice! They say a farewell as a staff at the end of breakfast service e. The front desk staff helped us ship our luggage back to Tokyo. The free coffee is great as well. We would stay here again.
