電気系統の不具合で温泉やエレベーターが使えないのは仕方がないことだが、温泉やサウナで選んだ人もいるので、もう少し丁寧な対応をしてもよいのではと思った。荷物を持っての階段はほんと辛い。

サウナの雰囲気、ミュージック、露天エリア調いチェアーとサ活するには最高のホテル。なのでそういう企画やプランがあると良い。夜鳴きそばも美味しかった。個人的には朝食にスクランブルエッグが欲しいところ(笑) サ活にまた泊まりに来ます。

チェックイン対応の女性に淡々とした感じで対応されて少し冷たく感じました。 駐車場どちらに停めましたか？と聞かれて周辺に提携駐車場がたくさんあったので困っていたら無言で地図を持ってきましたが少々お待ちくださいと声をかけてくれたら良かったし、最初から見せてくれるか置いておくと良いと思いました。 他のスタッフの方はみなさん素晴らしい対応でした。 お風呂が最高で清潔感もあって旅の疲れが癒されました。ロッカーが混雑したのでロッカーの配置を工夫したらいいと思いました。 漫画がたくさん置いてあって、湯上がりのアイスもいろんな種類があってお風呂上がりも楽しかったです。

ホテルの周辺には夜ご飯を食べる場所がないので、レストランが併設されるとありがたいです。または、朝ご飯の様に夜ブュッフェがあると最高です！また、周囲に遊ぶ場所はないのですが、NetflixやYouTubeなどが充実してるので大変嬉しいです！何回も利用させて頂いてますが、また利用したいです！

冬の北海道を満喫できました！

繁華街の真ん中にあるので、夜、飲んで帰る時に近くで助かりました。 大浴場やコインランドリー、マンガまであって仕事じゃなくプライベートだったらもっと楽しかったのにな〜と思いました。 快適に過ごすことができました♪

お風呂は問題なく良かった。サウナは少し狭かったが規模から仕方ないかな？と思う。 飲食もコンビニも近くこの辺りら及第点。 不満は自動チェックインに強制的に案内される。が、支払いを株主優待券ですると言ったら、対面での受付を促される。 自動チェックインと同じ質問をされ、時間の無駄になった。 別に謝罪はいらないが「失礼しました」くらいは言って欲しいものだ。 しかも対面でやり取りしている間に、他のお客さんが来て、そのお客さんは車が2台とのこと。2台の場合も対面でと言って、自動チェックインから促されてた。 自動チェックインが便利で使って欲しいのはわかるが、機械的に促すのはどうかと思う。強制案内はやめてほしい

禁煙ルームとのことでしたが、たばこ臭がしていたように感じました。エアコンを入れると特に臭いが強くなるような感じがしました スタッフのみなさんの接客や朝食ビュッフェはとても素晴らしく、お風呂、サウナ、露天風呂も清潔で快適に利用できました　また利用したいです
