"The breakfast had so many options that I ate something different each day. Direct access to the 7-11 (basement) was fantastic when an international guest is off schedule due to jet lag and needs food at random times. Lovely room and comfortable. Best thing? The wet room shower/bath combo!"

"The breakfast was truly excellent. The staff was perfectly on point. I especially appreciated the extremely easy check-in and check-out procedures, especially after a long flight. Nothing can beat the convenience of having this hotel in the departure lobby."

"The hotel is conveniently located in Ariake Garden which can be accessed by bus and metro. Next to the hotel is a big shopping centre with Aeon, Daiso, Big Camera, Hana Sushi and fast food restaurants and hence shopping and food are readily available. The hotel room is comfortable, with TV, kettle, safe and fridge provided. Water pressure is good and aircon is strong. Breakfast has a good variety but they are the same everyday and it will be good to introduce changes in the items for long staying guests. The best is there is free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to Ginza and Tokyo Station from 10 am to 5.30 pm which is very convenient. Overall I am comfortable and enjoy my stay in the hotel very much."

"Incredibly well maintained. The view in the executive lounge of the Tokyo tower is unbeatable. I loved having an onsite Watson. Beds were amazing too. I only wish they allowed kids in the pool and no restricted hours in the lounge for them"
