"Good place in a more laid back part of Tokyo. The check-in process was rough. I highly recommend to the host to explain the check-in process as a part of their listing because I was not aware of the process and how it involved our passports and everything until the day we arrived. Since we arrived early evening, it added to the stress of trying to get into the place before dark. Also, be aware that while there’s a washer in the unit, they don’t provide laundry detergent. IMHO, it would be great...
