Two large bed rooms beautifully renovated condo with a modern living area. Beautiful kitchen with laptop work station, wifi, smart TV with cable and AC. Free parking included.
Centrally located to Kitchener downtown and 5 mins away from Waterloo uptown. In walking distance to amazing restaurants on King St. in waterloo. Within 5-10 min drive to Waterloo and Wilfred Laurier Universities. 5 min walk to Tim Hortons in Belmont.
