"Hotel is close to the Ryogoku train station , ate at the cafes close by. There was not much interaction with staff, but very clean! All amenities provided, but rooms are small. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with the subway entrance literally right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. I booked a slightly larger double room with a small seating area. While the space was just enough to open one large suitcase comfortably, it was a bit of a squeeze to fit two. One minor thing to note is that the air conditioning unit was placed in a rather strange position, though it didn't significantly impact the comfort of the stay. The bathroom size was standard and functional. A lovely bonus was the complimentary drinks and snacks provided during the afternoon tea session—a very thoughtful touch! Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely consider booking with the same hotel group again on my next trip to Japan!"

"The Karaksa Colors Hotel was a perfect fit for my family of 4. Location was perfect for quick access to Tokyo Station and local convenient stores. There is also a hidden gem next store called Shima Steak which serves some of the finest steak sandwiches you will ever have in Tokyo. Reservations are a must for this place. Over all I was happy with my stay and highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff is friendly and eager to please. The hotel is clean and in good shape. It is close (walking distance) from the Tokyo Station and there are many local restaurants. As for breakfast, the hotel offers a breakfast but it costs extra. I went to the 7-11 and Lawson’s—all close by—to get coffee. I also found a bakery and cafe close to the Tokyo Station for a slightly larger and costlier breakfast option. I would stay there again bc it is a good location to get around town, the hotel is nice (not luxurious) and staff is professional and eager to please."
