We have just come back from a 3 night stay. We had a good paid upgrade when we got there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The premium breakfast was nice more variety on the menu flor children would be good. The beds were very comfortable room was cleaned every day. The hotel is very convenient to everything. Would definitely say there again.

Very nice and practical room. Very friendly and helpful staff. However breakfast is bit disapintment. Scrambled egg from powder, coffemachin closed closed and all over nit to the gotel standard.

Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting Levi.

Reception and new hotel was very nice looking, but my room (91€ / night ) was in the other building. That building and room was old , worn and smell of mildew. My Room Number was I think 407 . Bulding called ”sammal” that was more like military barrack than hotel .

Typical mass tourism hotel. Cheapest possible things on breakfast buffet. Poor sound insulation between rooms, could hear what was sain in neighbours room. Good water preasure in shower and nice floor heating. A bit of walk outside from reception to room and from room to breakfast, minus 26 degrees make it challanging. Not worth the price as rather expensive for what it is. Nice staff at reception, Amanda.

Family hotel. Perfect spa for kids not for couples

Nice hotel close to the ski slopes. The spa is more a kids spa. Very cold water, we managed to enter only in the hot tub, the pools were freezing to me. Sauna are gender separated, so if you visit as couple you will need to split up in the sauna. In general this is an excellent location for families with kids, but I would not recommend it for couples.

Lovely base, close to everything.

This was a lovely place to base for levi for a few nights. It was really warm and cosy and couldn't fault the cleaning service. My only issue would be that it was classed as self catering rooms and they only had a couple of mugs and glasses and hardly any cutlery, so my kids had to eat cereal from a mug. But other than that it was lovely. Swimming was also discounted which was good and we went everyday.
