Wrap-around decks give you an ocean breeze all day and night. The large private pool is complemented by a spacious deck with a hot tub and plenty of room for relaxation. An elevator provides easy access to the main living area, where you'll also find a well-equipped kitchen and a king master bedroom. Though nearby dining options are available, you will love preparing meals in the saltbox-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space, perfect for family gatherings. Easy-to-clean hardwood floors throughout the mid and top-levels add to the classic ambiance.

The top-level bedrooms are accessible by stairs only. The mid-level and ground-level king master suites are designed with accessibility in mind, featuring extra-wide doors to accommodate wheelchairs. The mid-level king master bathroom includes a roll-under sink and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there are no steps leading from the private walkway to the dune-top deck, ensuring that everyone can watch the family play on the beach or gather on the deck.

Sound Sea Village is a quaint, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The multi-use trail that runs along 12 North makes it easy to walk or bike through the Town of Duck. Watersports and sound access are available just across from the neighborhood for kayaking, paddleboarding, or watching sunsets. But with everything "Duck Dreams" has to offer, you may find you never want to leave!

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
