Complete with its own elevator, a 13 x 28 private pool that can be heated for $500, hot tub, and walkway to the private Sound beach and dock, everything you need to relax is at your fingertips. With a spacious kitchen and ample seating, unforgettable family memories will be made while sharing a secret family recipe. Since every bedroom features its own bathroom for privacy and comfort, there will be no waiting your turn. A short walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself at the private Community Oceanfront beach access.
Centrally located in Duck, you are close to the very best of what the Outer Banks has to offer, without having to travel far to enjoy it. With great restaurants, beautiful sights, the most popular shopping spot, Duck Village just minutes away, you'll waste no time looking for the next thing to do. Enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of Bias Shores, a waterside community boasting private beach access, 30x60 community pool, tennis courts, and walkways to the private dock and pier. Bias Shores also offers a community recreation center with outdoor picnic tables and parking.

Pool can be Heated for a Fee of $500, Pool heat can only increase the temperature up to 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (minimum of 60 degrees).

A Great Place for a Large Family to Vacation in OBX

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and surrounding beautiful property and pool was just as described in the photos, if not better! It was a wonderful experience and a comfortable place to enjoy the beauty of the area, as well as fun family time outdoors and indoors with our adult children and young grandchildren. Thank you to the owner and the rental company.

The house was just as the pictures show! Well-kept and you can tell the owners take pride in it. We had 4 families (14 total - 8 adults, 6 kids) and no one felt on top of each other. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, glasses etc. The dining table fit all of us comfortably, which is hard to find! The pool was clean, there was plenty of outdoor seating, and the pool table was a hit. A lot of fishing was done off the private dock! We all agreed we would come back to this house again!

2024 OBX Family Vacation

First time renting a house in Duck and we loved it! Great location!! Our house had beautiful views and had its own personal fishing pier, which we used and caught many crab. There also was beach access just down the road. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING ACCESS TO DUCK

This house has a great location on the sound with a short walk to the beach, moderate distance to downtown Duck, and short drive to other OBX attractions. Second floor AC wasnt great but we were there during one of the hottest weeks in the summer. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities. Bring all that you need for cooking (oils, spices, etc.) as they make sure all residual leftover items are disposed of.

Awesome getaway

The house and views of the sound were amazing. The pool was beautiful. A short walk to the sound where we caught over a dozen crab. Short distance to beautiful beach access. A week filled of fun, sun and memories that will last a lifetime.

The house itself was beautiful and had great potential, but unfortunately, several issues impacted our overall experience.The cleaning crew did not do a thorough job—there were noticeable areas that had been missed. Additionally, there was a red ant problem on the pool deck, and deflated rafts had been left lying around, making the outdoor area feel neglected.The surrounding neighborhood was also concerning. Many nearby houses appeared abandoned, and the property directly next door was in poor condition, with a covered pool filled with dark, stagnant water. Large black birds and vultures were gathered in the yard, which added to the unsettling atmosphere.Most troubling was the house next door, which had no visible power. However, we noticed flashlights inside at night, suggesting that squatters or someone else may have been staying there. This made us feel uneasy and raised safety concerns.While the home itself was lovely, the lack of cleanliness, pest issues, and surrounding environment made the stay far less enjoyable than we had hoped.
