"We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the main tourist attractions in Nagasaki. Only a 15 minute drive to the Mountain view and a short walk to Chinatown, Dutch slopes and the Glover garden. The location was great. Even the carpark close by were cheap so having a car wasn’t an issue. The place was cosey and clean and it fit me and my 3 family members comfortably. "First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. "Normally when we go to Nagasaki, we stay at a hotel near the train station. This time we tried this hotel at the Hamanomachi shopping arcade. The hotel seems brand new and the entrance is inside the arcade. The room we stayed at was modern, clean, and a bit larger than a normal Japanese hotel room. The front desk is on the 4th floor along with a free coffee machine, vending machines, two washing machines and dryers. on the same floor is the breakfast buffet which the price was reasonable and had local specialties. But since you at a shopping arcade, there are many more choices available there including a McDonald's just 200 feet away from the entrance. The location was excellent. You're in a shopping arcade, so naturally you have a lot of shopping choices. The bus from Nagasaki airport drops you off a couple of blocks away, so very convenient getting from and to the airport. There is a streetcar stop just outside the arcade to get wherever you need to go and Nagasaki Chinatown is just across the street. When we have to come back, we're definitely choosing this place."

"Wonderful hotel that is centrally located, approximately 5 minute taxi ride from Nagasaki Station. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, public baths are clean and relaxing. Free coffee and matcha tea in the lobby were also nice touches. Highly recommended."

"This room was very clean, large, comfortable, and I had one of the best views I have had in all of my travels in Japan. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip.
