Excellent value for money. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with the beach just a five minute walk away and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay, and the amenities were excellent, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable.

This is not a 5-star hotel. It is solid 4. The quality of food is okay. The lunch only lasts 1.5 hrs: 12:30 - 14:00. Premium alcohol drinks are not included. It's a loud hotel: 3000+ guests slam room doors day and night - the whole building shakes. The quality of guests is very low here (if you know what I mean). They put mountains of food on their plates that they are not going to eat creating lots of waste. People who stay here prioritize lower price over quality. Check out the IC Green Palace nearby, it's a much nicer hotel at a similar price range with all drinks included and fewer guest rooms, and better food. However, the kids area and activities do stand out here. If you're just looking for a nice 4-star option, this is a good one.

We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.

Overall a good experience Multiple power cuts on the last day which was a shame Housekeeping was a little inconsistent one day towels another day nothing etc Kids facilities fantastic Local knowledge was a little sketchy which didn’t help and I would have thought English language would have been reasonably strong considering the amount of British visitors wasn’t the case though Would happily come back overall the small issues were minor

! The Marmara Hotel – A Good Stay with a Few Funny Surprises Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, but there are a few things future guests should know. First, the website is a little misleading. It mentions an airport shuttle, but there isn’t one, so plan your transportation accordingly. Second, the attached SheMall looked like a movie set after everyone had gone home—almost completely empty. Don’t expect a shopping adventure there. Now, let’s talk about the interior design. I’m convinced the woodwork was designed by a framing carpenter who had a little too much coffee that morning. It has a very… “under construction” personality. 😄 The biggest challenge was the bed. The pillows and mattress felt like they came straight from the Stone Age. Sleeping on them was remarkably similar to spending the night on a sheet of OSB plywood. My back and I had a long discussion the next morning! That said, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, the location was excellent, and everything else about the stay was very good. With a softer mattress, better pillows, and accurate information about the airport shuttle, this place would be outstanding. I would stay here again—next time I’ll just bring my own pillow!
