"Room was clean and comfortable. But when we walked into our room, the smoke smell was strong. I had to go ask for changing a room. The staff at front told me the smoke smell had been treated and the hotel was full so no way to change. But next morning when we checked out, I specifically asked if the hotel was full. The answer was no. Actually, it was very empty. So this is the first time I gave a negative comment. Thanks!"

"I unfortunately cannot write a positive review due to the room we stayed in ("Sana"), which resulted in a very uncomfortable experience. While the staff working there were kind and polite, the room itself was a major disappointment. It was extremely humid, and the toilet and shower area were definitely not clean.
