"The property was clean. The staff that catered to the included breakfast were friendly and worked diligently to make sure there was enough of everything available. It had a nice assortment of food despite not having any hot food options. The room was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all our stuff. The beds were uncomfortable. They were somehow not soft enough to rest and yet had no support. My back and neck were sore every morning. There was only one super soft pillow. I ended up folding it up and using my airplane neck pillow just to have some sort of support for my head. There was plenty of parking and it was in a good location convenient to shopping, food, and a short drive to downtown Reykjavik. If they improved the bedding I would give them full marks."
