Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "Der Club ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Hotel liegt richtig schön in einem kleinen Dorf. Man läuft vom Skikeller über die Straße ca 100m zum Sessellift und ist schon in mitten des Skigebiets. Die Skilehrer waren richtig nett und wirklich kompetent. Vielen Dank an Tim für die schönen und lehrreichen Tage. Das Essen ist extrem lecker und das Entertainment Programm lässt keine Langeweile aufkommen."
